Lately due to Covid and everything that's been going around, things have changed quite a bit in my life. My older routine where I actually took care of myself and tried to keep myself 'looking good', has been out of the window for a while now. And today when I actually look in the mirror I don't like what I see.

So, with my birthday in a few weeks I'm challenging myself to become a better me!

I'll be working on myself from top to bottom, in and out. Making everything the way it was; or somethings even better. And, I'll be challenging myself to do new things everyday. If you're up for it, join me in this glow up.

I'll be posting what I'm doing everyday. The schedule for tomorrow will come today, so if you're starting with me this'll help you prepare for the next day. I'm not going to do anything a lot different like getting extensions or changing my wardrobe. Just simple lifestyle changes that are much needed.

Things I'm pretty sure we'll all either though about replacing or adding into our lives. If you keep up with this series I'd love to see an article after this ends talking about the differences you see in your life.

So now, Let's start with the plan for tomorrow.

Now I though you might want to know about a couple of things a little more so I starred them for further explanation.

* - Lemon water is essentially lemon and water mixed together and should be drank on an empty stomach. It's known to increase metabolism and, honestly the tang wakes me up. If you have a sweet tooth, then add some honey to this combination.
* * - My morning skincare routine is, Double face cleanse, toner and face cream, eye gel and sunscreen. I like to keep it simple.
* * * - IU diet is going to be my diet for the next three days. Also, I'll be changing my diet every three days to keep it interesting. I can't keep eating the same thing again and again. So, if you have any diets you want me to try out dm me. So here's the menu if you're going follow;
Breakfast - 1 Apple
Lunch - 3 sweet potatoes
Dinner - Protein shake
Since I don't go out much this diet should work fine. And if I feel hungry there's always green tea and some infused water.
* * * * - Potato juice is good for dark circles. Which I have in abundance and thus I am trying different things to see what works. It's literally just potato mushed and squeezed for the juices. And I'll keep it under my eyes for 15 mins.
* * * * * - Another good weight loss drink. I switched it up with green tea because green tea contains caffein and thus can hamper my sleep at night. Cider at the same time will get the job done without that.
* * * * * * - My night skincare routine is a little bit different than my morning skincare. Staring with a cleanse, face massage with oil, cleanse again, toner, face cream, eye cream, Aloe Vera gel.
* * * * * * * - Vitamin C pills are something I take for allergy issues. But Vitamin C is a great supplement for skin and I keep forgetting to take it so I just added it for remembrances' sake.

I'll be back tomorrow with the next days routine. To keep things interesting I'm going to keep adding and changing things.
