✼ 4 eggs
✼ a cup of sugar
✼ a table spoon of vanilla sugar
✼ a cup of plant based oil ( I used hazelnut oil)
✼ a table spoon of baking powder
✼ a cup of corn starch
✼ a cup of flour ( I used wheat)
✼ peel of a lemon and its juice

• Mix eggs and sugar well.
• Then add oil, lemon peel and lemon juice. Stir them.
• Pour vanilla sugar, starch, baking powder and flour using a sifter.
• After mixing them all together really well, pour the mixture to your cupcake tray.
• If you don't have a cupcake tray, regular cake pan is okay, too. Naturally, they won't turn out to be cupcakes but still you'll still have a lemon cake!
• Pre-heat your oven up to 170 °C (338 degrees in Fahrenheit)
• Once the oven is heated, bake your cake/cupcakes in the oven for 35-40 minutes.

PS: If you'd like to, you can mix powdered sugar and more lemon juice to pour on your cake/cupcakes after it comes out the oven.
