Happy Friday WHI fam,
I can't believe we flew through the seventh month of 2020 without realizing it. I just noticed that July went by within a blink of an eye...comes to show how time flies. in the midst of time flying, I have content to make your days go by. If you would like to see the content I created for the month of July, keep reading.
This first video I released in July features my new burgundy ombré jumbo braids for the summer. To compliment my new hairstyle, I created this bomb dot com red semi cut crease eye look with my DIY red liner by KVD Beauty and gold leaves in the tear ducts. Here is the video for you to enjoy the process.
Every year, I look for an affordable brand to do a complete review on. This year, I decided that I would complete a review on e.l.f. Cosmetics for 1) being affordable at times like this and 2) wanting to try out the new, amazing products that the brand has released by far. In this video, I did a full face using mainly e.l.f. Cosmetics with a dab of Black Radiance in honor of supporting black-owned businesses; I even did a wear test for the overall look on top of that. To see the products I reviewed and my insight on each, check out this video here.
I decided to take my viewers into a little sneak peak on how I wear my makeup when I'm going to work ONLY using one eyeshadow shade AND 2 brushes. This video is a step-by-step tutorial on how I completed this soft glam makeup look for work along with some pointers that I share.
This fourth video was not just in honor of supporting black owned businesses; this was also a shoutout to a YouTuber who chose me as a giveaway winner for a eyeshadow palette by Juvia's Place. I chose to complete a review on the Warrior III Palette. To hear my thought on this palette along with a bonus tutorial, watch the video here.
This tops off the final video for July with the Juvia's Place Warrior III Palette making a comeback on my channel for the second time featuring Beauty Glazed. I created a very sparkly yet wearable red sunset makeup look and added lashes to top off the entire look. The lashes I received were by Lashes by Gisele in the style #36. To hear my thoughts on the pair of lashes received and to see how I achieved this look, be sure to watch this video.
If you got to the end of this article, thank you for reading and thank you for your unconditional support. There is definitely more content coming in the month of August.
