hi!! so lately i’ve been learning new ways to relax when i’m stressed and i thought it would be interesting to share it with yall! hope you like it :)

1- meditate
lately i’ve been meditating and it’s honestly the best thing ever!! i feel so relaxed after doing it and it really helps me!
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
if you don’t know how to meditate you can you apps like “headspace” and it really helps! or try to learn a little bit more about it by reading books or watching videos about it!

2- take a long ass shower
showers can be really relaxing and its good for you to let your thoughts flow into your mind and just chill.
i really like to turn off the lights and light up some candles (but be careful!!) put on some really chilling songs and its the best thing ever!

3- watch the sunset
a really good thing to do is to go outside to watch the sunset, just sit there and watch the beautiful sky, its really good for me. you can even listen to some music while doing that if you want to!!

4- go for a walk
going for a walk alone its the best thing ever, just walk around the block alone and without music and just pay attention to the street, i swear you will notice things you’ve never noticed even if you walk though that same block every day. i love doing that and just getting to know the streets

5- painting or drawing
that’s more like a personal thing, but if you like painting or drawing try doing that when youre feeling stressed, specially painting, just pass the brush on the paper very slowly its sooo good!! or maybe painting a picture with color pencils!!

so that’s the stuff i do to relax when i’m feeling stressed!! i hope it helps you! i honestly became such a better person after i started doing this stuff and its very good for your mental health
