Do you ever just get so confused that you wonder how you ended up in this very situation? You wonder how you ended up unsatisfied in life. You wonder how one choice led to something else worse happening. You wonder why you are not exactly where you want to be, yet. But what if I told you that it is okay to be lost? That doesn't mean it's okay to stop moving forward or improving yourself, but it means that we are not supposed to have it all figured out. Let me explain.

To say that you are lost, implies that you had a destination. For example, if you are driving at night, but you took a few wrong turns and don't know the way back, then you are lost. But that's because your destination was to get home. But life is much different than that. We all have goals that we want to reach and dreams to follow, but we do not have a step by step guide on how to get there. Life is not a map. We were not given exact directions and warnings about what problems ly on every corner.

That is okay that we don't have warnings. That is okay that we don't have a step by step guide because we learn as we go. We gain wisdom, awareness, and...hope as we go through life. There is hope. You won't be lost forever. You will find where you belong. I can't promise that wherever you end up will be what you expected. I know the unknown is frightening, but what if I told you that there is a such thing as a good type of surprise? Good change can come from the unknown. Once again, you might feel lost right now, but you will find where you belong.
