Week 2: The real challenge begins

Hi everyone! I'm really excited about this week (I know it's Tuesday already but I didn't have time to upload an article until now) because I'm going to begin my journey for real and with no excuses.
Also, I want to thank you all for the kind and encouraging messages I've been receiving this past week. I know that I'm not the only one who's going through something like this, but it made me really happy to read some of your stories and experiences and feel your support. Thank you!

↠ Results of my last challenge:

Temporarily removed background, bottles, and drinking image

Last week, my challenge was to drink at least 2 lt of water per day. Well... I failed. I only drank up to 1 or 1,5 lt, but I'm very positive and also I'm happy I reached that number because I went from no water at all to at least 1 lt per day, so that's actually a gain for me.

↠ What did I do in order to achieve my goal?:
It was really useful to get a bottle and carry it with me wherever I went. I bought a plastic bottle and every morning I took it with me when leaving my house. I tried to have it near me so I could remember that I had to drink water every time I looked at the bottle (I actually have it next to me right now).

↠ Challenge for this week:

Temporarily removed fitness, fit, and motivation image

This week, my challenge will be to start doing some excercise, no matter which type, the idea is to take an hour of my day to do something in order to burn some fat. I'll try to star with a simple activity such as walking or dancing, otherwise I'll end up giving up.
Also, I'll start measuring my weight in order to see if I'm losing or gaining pounds (kilos actually).
Of course, my last week's challenge is still "in force". I'll try to reach 2 lt of water per day and work out this week.
