I guess you know what this article is going to be about, since you are reading this - but anyways: THIS IS THE START OF MY SUMMER BODY CHALLENGE ARE U READY?🎉🎉 (I'm just a slightly excited haha)

I know it already is summer, but it is never too late to start something and I think some of you aren't as happy with their summer bodies as they could be (just like me ;D). I will do this challenge for me (of course haha) but I will keep writing articles about this and share everything with you :). Buuut of course this won't just be me posting articles about this challenge, because everyone who is reading this is invited to join me!! weightless-journeys are always though journeys with highs and lows and I think the best way to make it anyways is, when we are doing this together :)

What will the challenge look like?
So I decided that I am going to be doing the intermittent fasting challenge for the next six weeks. which- I know - is pretty long, but since it takes already about 3 weeks to get your body used to this lifestyle I think this is the most effective way to do it.

What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is actually a lifestyle (means people usually live like that not just for a few weeks, but for months or years), which parts your day in "eating-windows" and "fasting-windows". The most typical way is an eating window of 8 hours followed by a 16-hour-fast (This is just one way, there are many other eating-/fasting-window options). I now this sounds really hard but it definitely is doable not unhealthy for your body (yes I already tried it). I will post an article explaining everything exactly in the next few days, so this is just a real quick overview.
