Hi huns! I know it can be hard when life seems like one huge continuous cycle. We could all use a little change sometimes, so here are my top 5 tips to feeling better again!


the first thing I do when I'm in a bad mood is clean. I usually start with my phone, then go to my laptop, then lastly clean my room. You can just pick up or you can completely rearrange it, it's all up to you.

writing can be an escape for a lot of people, whether its your journal or just a prompt. it could also give you a push to help you realize you're missing something you love doing.

taking a bath with a bath bomb is one of my favorite things to do when I'm feeling unmotivated. using masks, dolling up, doing a full out skin care routine, etc. is always the best choice

dig out that dusty planner and start doing some planning. set goals for yourself, write down plans and events, set dates to workout or study, etc.

*stop procrastinating*

yes, I did just tell you to do that. by not doing your work, you're stressing yourself out more. preventing this stress could help you in the long run.
