Date Honey Banana Shake

Date Honey Banana Shake is a healthy beverage that can be served with breakfast. Made with dates, banana and honey, this shake recipe is easy-to-make.

Ingredients of Date Honey Banana Shake:

  • 1/4 cup black dates
  • 1/2 cup banana
  • 6 medium ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Step 1

Take a deep bottom pan and heat the milk.

Step 2

Switch off the flame, add the dates and keep aside to soak for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 3

Mix the date-milk mixture, banana, honey and ice-cubes a blender and blend till smooth.

Step 4

Refrigerate for an hour and serve immediately.
