For the year of 2018, I have decided to make it a redemption year for myself (I know that it's best January but it doesn't need to be January to make your set of goals). By redemption, I mean, making goals for myself and other things.

So, what is The Redemption Year?

Think of all the ways that you could become a better person, traits that you would like to change about yourself whether it's outside appearance or your inner self or a mind set.

Perhaps you've never been good at making goals, why is that? If you have trouble reaching your goals, it could possibly be because their unrealistic.

Make goals that are short term and could be reached easily. A list of goals is not meant to overwhelm you, a list of goals is meant to inspire you to work harder.

For goals that involve becoming fit, make sure you have the time to pencil a workout into your schedule or the new ways of eating you'd like to try such as the raw to four diet or something in the sorts of changing your eating habits.

Whatever your goals are make sure that you plan them out so you don't become overwhelmed. Dig out a notebook and write your goals down, write why you want to meet these goals and steps you can take to make these goals.

The year of redemption is simply becoming a better person. I simply created this challenge for myself because I've been through a few tough situations lately and I felt the need to get my priorities straight.
