I want to share with you my healthy morning routine because if you start your day with energy and motivation you'll play better your day!
Get up early I get up at 5:30 am. You will have more time for yourself and for complete your to-do list.

Drink water because while you sleep, your body becomes dehydrated.


Have a healthy breakfast



Make your bed Doing this will make feel like you already have a task done so let's go for more!

Workout It's not necessary to perform a long workout routine. Just do some moves to get active!


Shower I personally like to shower in nights, but if I sweat doing my exercise I have to get a washing :)


Dress up, hairstyle and makeup
