Hi, guys sorry for not posting last week it was a bit chaotic because I went on a trip to Sydney! Anyway, I will make up for it by posting two new articles and this is one of them!

In this article, I am going to include preparing for this year, completing your resolutions, making new ones and making sure 2018 can be the best year yet!

Now let's begin, even though everyone prepares for 2018 in 2017 and buy all their planners, stationary etc. Some people might have been having a busy end of the year or they might have just been chilling like I was.

You don't need to start your resolutions straight away instead you can start your resolutions when school begins or the beginning of February to have January as preparation for the year.

Here are some tips on how to prepare for 2018 or in January;

1. Buy a planner, so you can have a well-prepared and organized year.

2. Re-do your living environment, so you feel more new and fresh. Which I mentioned in my first article.

3. Organise your work, school papers and stationary so you aren't worrying about things like that in the middle of the year. Which will be able to prevent stress because you can just focus on your studies.

4. Besides organizing your papers etc. make sure your studies are organized and to focus throughout the year on them, and not to get involved in dramas or unhealthy problems/habits.

Now here are some tips for making resolutions and completing them throughout the year;

1. Have a book of goals and resolutions, for yourself to look at daily and stay motivated!

2. Be reminded of your surroundings, by having notes around your living space and quotes too (if one of your resolutions are to be more positive)!

3. Another thing you can do is have alarms on your phone for any resolution or CERTAIN resolutions, for eg. to do a workout on a specific day or go for a run etc.
