Hi guys,

Recently I was asked how to make yourself better and stronger while being single. So, I decided to write an article about it. My best advice is to eat healthy. Now this doesn't mean you have to be vegan or vegetarian or go on some special diet. Life is about balance so yeah eat your fruit and vegetables but if you want chocolate eat it. Working out is also a big part of it. Now you don't have to go the gym to work out. You can go for a walk everyday, boxing, even dancing; anything that gets you physically active and the most important thing is that you enjoy it. Also, surround yourself with friends and family. It helps a lot to have a support system. If I didn't have my best friend to help get me out of my rut; I don't know what I would have done. Plus, if you're single you can go explore new places and pick up new hobbies. Just learning to be by yourself and after while it kinda becomes second nature. It's hard at first but just surrounding yourself with people who want to help you is the best thing. Also another big thing is taking care of your mental health. Doing small little things to help yourself every day. Taking a hot shower or bath and lighting some candles. Reading a book or listening to your favorite music. Whether you go to school or work just find time to do something for yourself everyday. You'll be happier if you do. I hope this helps you guys.
