Step One

Do one thing everyday that you love! Whether that be watching your favorite TV show or reading your favorite book, do it!

Get enough sleep! Sleeping is key. Don't oversleep and definitely do not skip out on sleep!

Doodle, collage, or write. I know that whenever I'm feeling stressed about something, I like to take out my journal and collage. Not only is it relaxing but it's fun to create.
