One of the best feelings in life is stepping out of your comfort zone.
This is coming from personal experience; I've been making myself do stuff I usually avoid.

I think I have Social Anxiety.

I almost never talk or interact with people expect very close friends, other than that I'd stutter and say stupid stuff that makes me stay up all night thinking about it, and right now I'm nervous just thinking about that.

I'm way more confident over the Internet that's why I spend most of my time on my phone, I'm not brave enough to actually talk to people.
A few years ago I was so confident and social, I don't know what happened. I just took a side and ignored everyone.

Back to the subject, I've been pushing myself to speak out more and not be so nervous about everything and just..people don't care about what you say or how you act.
Remember that embarrassing thing you did years ago? No one remembers. No one.

So here's to everyone with social anxiety: Step out of your comfort zone, put your phone down and talk to people, I know it's easier said than done but the thrill that comes with it is worth it.
