Dear Beautiful You,

Let's be honest..

I don't believe I'm the only one who doesn't like to be obedient all the time. Especially when it comes to the instructions from God about not doing something you enjoy.

But have you ever wondered what would happen when you WOULD follow His instructions? Have you ever listened to Him?

I discovered what happens when we choose to obey Him. You want to know, right?

The journey to obedience

Well, first comes the hard part: step one: following His instructions. You cut off that bad relationship, you change your job, you stop gossiping, you stop with that secret sin or you do whatever God told you to do.

After your choice to obey, step two follows: pressing on. Don't give up yet! You chose the right and now you want to see why God told you to do this. Let me tell you: God is not the only one who saw you obeying! You have an enemy, who wants to see you fail! So keep going and keep looking at your motivator: Jesus.

We're heading to step three, also known as heading to see Gods replacement. Let me explain this to you: God saw your obedience and He wants to give you something better than you first had. He wants to replace your job with a better one. He wants to replace your relationship with a better one. He wants to give you whatever He intended to give to you in the first place. But most of the times we want to see it immediately. Where is our patience? He is a good God who loves His children and He will give you whatever you need. But know this: His timing is different from ours. His ways our higher than our ways.

"As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."
- Isaiah 55:9 (New International Version)

So, dear ones, don't give up yet! Your breakthrough is coming.

All you have to do is to put your trust in Him!
Obey Him and He will give you what you need in the right time. His timing is perfect.

You can always send me a postcard.

God bless!

Love,
