Manifestation can be briefly defined as bringing something into our lives just with desire and emotion. There are many myths about law of attraction and manifestation. So always do your research and don't believe everything you find.

You don't need crystals or anything else, other than your thoughts and emotions, to manifest. Nor do you need to write something fifty-five times in a notebook.

1) Always look for the thought that makes you feel better.

If you think, for example, "I have no money" the feeling attached to that thought is not the best. You can simply stop thinking about money and change your thoughts to something that makes you happy, like your family or your pet. If you struggle with this, affirmations can help you a lot.

2) Imagine what you want.

Imagine yourself having exactly what you want. And feel all the emotions that come with that reality you want. You can put on music, light a candle and just imagine how your life can be. You can have that life you want - believe that you can have it and no matter how hard it is, believe that the Universe does everything for your ultimate good.

3) Be grateful for where you are.

You can't always be thinking about the things that are missing in your life. You have to be happy with every aspect of your life before you get what you want. For example, if you want to have a boyfriend, you have to be happy single first. You need to be satisfied with what you already have in order to get what you want.

4) Don't try too hard.

Don't be too attached to your manifestations. Act as if you don't even need them to come. Don't be always doing different methods, this only shows the Universe that you don't believe that it is already here. Do your best to not even think about what you want, just relax and let the Universe do its work.

5) Act as if you already have it.

How would a person who already has what you want, would act? Or how would you feel? Imagine what it's like, see that version of you that already has what you want and always show up as it. Manifestation is like a radio and you have to set the station, that is, you have to adjust your life to the reality you want.

6) Be present

Don't spend so much time on your phone or on things that don't make you feel good. Make a list of things you are grateful for, meditate for a few minutes, draw something, read a book. You'll be grateful afterward, even if you don't want to do it.

I also want to share a method that has always proven very effective for me. At night, when you're about to go to sleep, think about what you want. Imagine what you want and feel all the emotions that come with it. That way, during your sleep, what you want is still present in your mind and makes it appear in your reality faster.

Those are just a few principles of manifesting. Manifestation can be easy just don't forget that you are in charge of your reality. You can have anything you want. <3
