We all know these days when you're just stressed or in a bad mood for no reason. But doing nothing and feeling bad about yourself probably won't help the situation.

So here are some tips to help you feel better when it's just one of these days.

1. Eat your favorite food

Cook, order or go out to eat your favorite food.It doesn't have to be anything fancy, but eating a meal or a snack that you really like can help lift your mood.

2. Take a shower or bath

Warm water really helps me relaxing. Also using nice smelling products like bath bombs can also help you feeling fresh and clean.

3. Clean your room

Cleaning your room can also help cleaning your mind. Put on some good uplifting music and get going. Put your clothes (that are alll draped over that one chair) away. Clean the floor and surfaces. Open the windows for some fresh air. After that you could light a scented candle.

4. Move your body

When I'm stressed I like to have a little dance party for myself. You might feel stupid the first time blasting music in your room and dancing on your own. But it can be so freeing and it releases a lot of tension in your muscles. You can also go for a walk or a run. Or maybe go for a little workout, yoga or whatever you feel like doing.

5. Have a nice drink

If you want a hot drink have tea or coffee. Or you can also make a smoothie or have something even fancier like an iced matcha latte. And stay hydrated!

6. Write about what makes you feel stressed

Take your journal or just any piece of paper and a pen and just start writing. You can write down all the things that make you feel stressed and write down solutions. Or reasons why you shouldn't worry about it.
