Good morning, friends! The food I eat at breakfast is very important to be nutritious so it can give me more energy throughout the day. On the other hand, I don't want to eat unhealthy and nasty things for breakfast. I believe I'm not the only person who feels that way. So that's why I'm telling you my healthy breakfast idea

Oatmeal pancakes

They're very easy to be cooked and they only need some oatmeal, milk, eggs and banana.

Avocado toast

You only need one avocado, one or two slices of multigrain or wholegrain bread and cream cheese.

They go perfectly with the avocado and the bread. But you can also boil them.

Fruit salad with Greek yogurt

This is one of my most favorite breakfast ideas! You can use the yogurt with oatmeal, bananas, strawberries and other fruits you like.

It is extremely healthy for your body and you can do so many delicious recipes with it. For example, chia ''pudding'' which contains Greek yogurt and fruits you can add for some taste.
