Well hola lovers,
I guess that i am not the onlyone, that is most of the time struggling with not knowing what to eat. So i had a thought of writing a article about some healthy breakfast/lunch recipes. Some more inspiration for you guys, and some of you are probably working hard for being their best self, working for that summer body or just wanting to eat more healthy. So let’s do this!

Avo Toast

with salmon, avocado, egg & or bacon. Most of the time do i also add chilli flakes, some veggies and seeds.

Breakfast Bowl

W/ fruits (i always use pineapple), yogurt, seeds, banana chips and granola.

Veggi Boritto

This is a wrap with hummus, avocado, your favourite vegetables, fried egg, fried bacon and chilli flakes.

Fruit Smootie

I always use strawberry, pineapple, blueberries, & spinach.

Banana Pancakes
