Hello everyone and happy Thursday!

I was thinking to talk a fresh and energizing morning routine, shall we?

I am not morning person at all, can you relate?

But sometimes i have "brighter moments" and i do like to do couple of things at mornings, to start the day right.

The steps

  • Wake up, without looking on social media first.
  • Play some mellow or happy beats.

  • Wash your face with cold water.
  • Take time with your skincare.

  • Drink some water.
  • Do a bit of yoga, couple of asanas or couple minutes of breath exercises.

It absolutely does not matter how long you're gonna do it, every breath and every second of concentration counts.
  • Water your plants, feed your pets.
  • Make tea or coffee (but honestly i am a tea person).

  • Make yourself something delicious for breakfast.
  • Put on some comfy outfit and let's get some work done.
