So I've been trying to glow up for the LONGEST, but never actually acted on it. I'm always looking up motivational videos/articles to get me inspired, but this alone won't do anything. I am always waiting for the 'right moment', like a moment where I would feel like: yes! I really want to do this! But in reality this moment doesn't exist. If I keep waiting for this unreal moment, I'll never change. I should just get up and do what I said I was going to do. Obviously this is easier said than done, but I hope that with me writing this article it will help me to finally go and do what needs to be done.

My main goal is to lose weight and be healthier.

THE BEGINNING PLAN

The plan is actually pretty simple (or so it looks):

  • Buy as little junk food as I can (none would be the perfect scenario) - I have a big problem with junk food, so I feel like this should be my first and biggest concern.

  • Eat healthier - this one goes in hand with the previous one. I want to eat in a healthier way and as many homemade meals as I can and only eat junk food on special occasions like birthdays.

  • Drink 1,5L of water per day - this one is self-explanatory, I just want to increase my water intake.

  • Improve and actually stick to a self-care routine - this one is also self-explanatory, but I just want to take proper care of myself and my skin because our body is a temple.

These are the few things that I will try to incorporate in my daily routine. As these habits hopefully become a natural part of my routine, I will add on other ones that I also want to bring onto my life.
