I discovered I have depression five days ago, I will use this site as a dumpster of my thoughts... I believe I have depression many years ago, I am very shy and I don´t like to talk about this disease with anyone, because my grandma had it and my mom too.

I am a lazy person, I know sports could improve the levels of serotonin, and yesterday I wanted to start doing meditation, because it was good for my anxiety (I have anxiety since 2019)

A tip for my depressed pals: when you can´t feel nothing, usually there are some people that hurt themselves (self-mutilation), but I take a bath and take all my clothes off while I am still wet to feel the cold!
