I need to admit that I'm not an expert cooking, but this meal is quite easy to do.
You should really try this salad it is healthy, delicious and quick to prepare.

- broccoli
- cucumber
- cream cheese

- pepper
- olive oil


1. First you need to cook the rice
2. Secondly you boil the brocoli for 10 minutes
3. Cut the cucumber, avocado and cream cheese into cubs
4. Finally you put all these ingredients into a bowl and add salt, pepper and olive oil.

And ¡voilà! you have a healthy meal. If you want you can add chicken but personally I like it without it.
