Sometimes trying to achieve your best can be really stressful, trying to be perfect all the time can led you to a burnout.
Humans are not perfect, we are not meant to be machines, we're meant to feel.
Feel all the kinds of feelings, the good ones and also the bad ones.
You can have a perfect relashionship and still want to have your alone time.
You can have wonderful friends and still want to have your alone time.
You can love your job, or your degree and still feel like you need to have a break from it.
It's the right thing to do if you feel like doing it.
Listen to your body, listen to your brain.
Try to follow your instinct.
It's okay to be emotional.
Let yourself be.
