This is a really colorful and fun salsa with black-eyed peas, corn, green bell pepper and onion. It’s spicy and really delicious.
Ingredients -
1 Can Black-Eyed Peas (15 ounces)
1 Can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
1/2 Cup Onion (chopped)
1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper
1 Can Jalapeno Peppers (4 ounce, diced)
1 Can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 ounce, drained)
1 Cup Italian-Style Salad Dressing
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt

Preparation:
1. In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients except for the Italian dressing and the garlic salt.

2. Mix well.

3. Season with Italian-style salad dressing and garlic and stir in well.

4. Cover, and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
