hey y'all these are just a few improvements i wanna make to especially help my mental health this year! :) feel free to be inspired

read every night

before last year i was pretty avid about reading but just got too busy & want to start again

unfollow triggering influencers

alcohol, alone, and mirror image body, inspo, and model image
although most mean well, i find myself body checking and comparing myself to influencers that are pretty much unattainable

meditate twice a week

i just want to connect & reflect more :)

go to practice with a positive attitude every morning

i'm a dancer & walk into the studio every morning at 7am ready to throw a tantrum & give up lol

eat less meat

i want to clear my skin & just see if it benefits my overall energy and mood

workout every other day

this one's pretty obvious

keep a steady skin routine

i have a routine right now but i'm pretty bad at being consistent with it

try to do at least 30 minutes of yoga a week

i love doing yoga but just never have time to go to sessions

drink around 70 oz of water a day

the recommended amount is 74 oz but i know the chances of me accomplishing that everyday are pretty slim lol

spend more time outside everyday

i love being outside but it's pretty hard to find a not crowded park in my city

bike more often

just another good form of exercise

keep my dorm clean

drink tea at night

apparently drinking tea before bed improves sleep but y'all let me know if that's a myth haha
