It's time for a glow up.

I have been a lot of time trying for glowing up but I've always failed. The glow up can be a little confuse because eachone have their personal definition, but for me a glow up is to set the goal of feel good looking to short/long future and do things that put you close of that goal day by day. Finally that things may be habits and then you'll feel good and actually glow up. I want to improve 3 aspects of my life:

  • Appearance
  • Personallity
  • Career

  • Clear skin
  • Flat tummy
  • Bubble butt
  • Healthier hair
  • Drink water
  • Stretch

Also you must NOT compare yourself with others, they may be the inspiration no the goal!!!

Personallity

  • Journal
  • Improve my english (i'm spanish and my english have always been bad so I think it's time to change that too)
  • Meditate/listen podcasts more often
  • Read
  • Social media detox (learn to live whitout them)
  • Write
  • Be confident and sociable
  • Write songs + play more piano + play more ukulele + learn to play more guitar
  • Be more productive
