In this article, I would like to share with you some easy recipes that you can make at home. They won’t take you much time and they are delicious! I got inspired by Pinterest and tried these myself! I love cooking and baking!.
Let’s spice up our food with fall-scented ingredients! Are you ready?

This is perfect for lunch and if you are a pasta lover like me! ;) First of all, let’s start by preparing the sauce. You will need:
- pumpkin puree (you can buy it or make it yourself by carving a pumpkin);
- milk (regular milk, lactose-free milk it’s fine as well, or coconut milk)
- garlic

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Let it sit for one-two minutes.
Then blend the pumpkin puree, milk and a little bit of salt together and stir, stir stir until it reaches a medium thick consistency. Prepare your pasta as you normally do and combine all together.

For this one you will need:
- butter
- sliced mushrooms
- flour
- soy sauce
- milk

Start by cooking the chicken in a pan. In another pan melt the butter over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms. Cook until they reach a soft consistency. Then, stir in the flour, soy sauce and milk until it thickens. Season as you like and cover up your chicken with the sauce. If you are vegetarian you can substitute the chicken with rice or pasta, as you like.


This one is so easy to make! Let's take some fall snacks or sweets and put them all in a big bowl! You can choose from:
- salted caramel popcorns
- candy corns
- fall themed marshmallows
- caramel chocolate bites

This is a must for breakfast! Maybe not everyday but when you have time during Saturdays or Sundays ;)
You will need:
- flour
- brown sugar
- baking powder
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- pumpkin puree
- ground cinnamon
- ground ginger
- butter

First of all, combine all the dry ingredients together. Then do the same for all the wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and combine them all together. Take a pan and a big spoon or eventually pancake molds if you have them, and pour the mixture in. When you see some small bubbles on the pancake surface, flip it over because it's ready and cook the other half. Do the same process again and then garnish your pancakes with cinnamon, maple syrup, caramel fondue, or pumpkin jam.
