๐Ÿ’•Hiiii bebs today we gonna talk about how to have a good day a healthy one and productive one
Imma give y'all some tips yeah feel lucky because this will change your life

1. Sleep at a reasonable time i mean early like 9pm

2. Wake up early too for example at 7am

3. Drink a glass of water immediately after you wake up this will help wash and prepare your body for the day

4. Wash your face in the morning and at night

5.Make sure you eat a fruit atleast once a day ps. my fav fruit is mango comment what's yours

6.Make use you sweat atleast once a day heehe yeah stay in good shape

7. Put down your phone for a min read a book 30 mins a day i swear this one really helps

8.Do some yoga meditation or if you are religious pray to God i bet this will make you feel better

9. Do something you love do a hobby mine is playing piano i love it comment what's yours

10.Last but not least drink a lot of water during the day
