1. Change into comfortable clothes
There is nothing better than changing into my cozy T-shirt and favorite sweatpants. Now is the time to spend a couple of hours in your company and relax.

2. Be unavailable for a couple of hours
I sit in my laptop all day and I'm really tired of using it even when I get home, so I try to separate myself and leave my phone in the bedroom for a few hours.

3. Take a warm shower / bath
Water has a calming effect on the mind and soul, which helps wash away all the stress from your body. Try a warm shower to help your muscles relax, and then a cold splash after.

4. Listen to music / read books
Am I the only fan here who likes to listen to relaxing music? I open Spotify and enjoy my energetic playlist. I also like to wrap myself in a ball with a good book. I LOVE IT!

5. Get creative
I really enjoy doing art, so I usually paint. You can do so many other things like writing little stories or playing a musical instrument.

6. Do yoga or meditation
It is so wonderful to spend a few minutes sitting on the floor doing nothing but focusing on your breathing and expressing gratitude. However, if you are not a fan of meditation, you can just do yoga or at least warm up.
