Today i want to talk about skin. I dream about having a skin like models. I read something about it and here is my tips:

Hydration is so important. I decided to drink 250 ml (8,45oz) every morning, then drink about 1l (34 oz) every day.

2.Sleep, sleep, sleep
Another important thing. I read that we should sleep at least 7 hours every night. From my own expirience i know, that if i have a good sleep the next morning i feel like reborn.

3.Work out
When you work out you are sweaty and with sweat you get skin ride of bad things.
