It might have happened to you, that whenever you are being happy with a situation, moment or person- your mind feels like blowing it with unnecessary thoughts. How can we prevent this from happening?

1) Look around you- observe every detail of everything around you- try to keep your mind blank and just focus on Observing. If you are surrounded by nature, observe how wonderful it is that things actually have life.
2) Breathe deeply and slowly. Inhale positive vibes and exhale all anxiety and worries.
3) If you are with someone you love, express your feelings in every way you can possibly do so.
4) Be thankful for everything- good and bad- that you have been through in life and for being able to enjoy this present moment

No matter what, remember good things will always remain in your memory without you even trying.
