Hi Loves! ♡ Today I wanted to share with you how I deal with my negative thoughts & the inner voice in my head. I’m only sharing my opinion & the things that have worked out for me.

First of all, I want you to know that you’re not alone, there’s always someone willing to listen to you or at least give you some sort of comfort. (Even if it’s a stranger like me, you can always talk to me).

Long time solution:

1. Identify when & why the negative thoughts started, it depends on the situation or people that triggered those thoughts.
2. Be aware of your thoughts & as soon as you start having negative thoughts, focus on something else. You shouldn't take them all that seriously, specially if it’s something you can’t control.
3. Ask yourself, is this realistic or useful? The answer to this questions give you some sort of control; you have to understand that you have the ability to control your negative thinking.
4. Know yourself & your worth, do not let those thoughts stop you from being the best version of you.

Things I instantly do to stop the negative thoughts:

1. Listen to music, dance or sing
2. Talk to my friends
3. Go for a walk
4. Eat something sweet
5. Play with my dogs
6. Laugh, enjoy & be grateful
