Hello everybody, how are you?
Today I'm gonna introduce you my summer routine and more specificly my routine for survive to this special holliday (COVID)

  • 1. Impose a rhythm, set the alarm:

Did you have already heard about the "miracle Morning", it's a book from Hal Elrod who explain how improve your life if you wake up 1 hour more early (than your habits) each day. I recommand you to read this book or to see YouTube videos that talk about it, it's really interresing and powerful. Generally, i set my alarm at 7.00AM, and I try to fall asleep before 10.00PM even if it's holliday.
  • 2. D'ont forget to take a breakfast:

With the heat wave, it's normal to eat less and sometimes to forget the breakfast. But for your body it's not a good habits. I am one of these people, sometimes I prefer to forget to eat because i dont' feel the sensation of need. But it's really important and i force myself to take something even if it's just a fruit and to drink a lot of water too.
  • 3. The power of documentary, take the time to document yourself:

Each day, I love to watch or read documentary while I eat or drink my breakfast. It's really relaxing and informative. I think it's my favorite part of my summer routine.

  • 4. No sport
break, relax, and soul image
Sorry I'm not a great fan of sport at home and moreover at the morning. I find it's to much aggressive for the body at the wake up.
  • 5. take care of yourself

Few days ago, I've watched a youtube's video of someone who talked to the young him about the error that he have done. One of them was to forget to take care of him, skincare/ backhache/ hair/ health/ sleep etc... I have decided to take care of me, to settled health problem because we have only one body and we should take care of him to make it last until the end. So call your doctor, hydrate et clear your skin, practice sport, paid attention to your food and beware of all the signals that your body could sends to you.
