Hii! How you doing? I'll share with you two smoothies recipes. These are the easiest and you'll just need a blender and a few minutes.

· Strawberry smoothie

Ingredients

· Milk
· Ice
· Strawberries
· Oats ( or another similar cereal of your choice )
· Yogurt ( I don't use it because I don't like it but it's really healthy so I recommend it )
· Other fruit of your choice if you want more taste.

· Pineapple smoothie

Ingredients

·Pinapple
·Banana ( to add thickness )
·Milk
·Yogurt
·Ice

Instructions

You'll just need to put the ingredients of your smoothie of choice in a blender.
I recommend putting the liquids first because it will be easier to blend everything.
