self care is SO important, and i don't just mean face masks and baths, i mean actually taking time for yourself. so, today i'll be giving you guys a 10 day self-care challenge!

DAY ONE: CONFIDENCE
  • make a playlist full of songs that make you feel confident!
  • write down 5 things you love about yourself, your looks, your personality, anything!
DAY TWO: BODY
  • after you wake up, do a 15 minute full body stretch
  • try meditating for 5-10 minutes. you can light a candle or put on calming music!
DAY THREE: FACE
  • take a nice, long warm shower or bath
  • if you have face masks or self care stuff, do them! put on a face mask and read a book or watch your favorite show! or, do your skin care routine, and if you don't have one, create one!
DAY FOUR: PHONE
  • cleanse your phone! delete any apps you don't use or that stress you out.
  • unfollow anyone who makes you feel bad about yourself or drains your mood, you don't need that negative energy from social media!
  • download self care apps! some of my favorites are manifest goals, dare, fabulous, and sparkle
DAY FIVE: GRATITUDE
  • write down 8 things you're grateful for!
  • journal about your gratitude. write about why you're grateful for certain things or people and how they make you a better person
DAY SIX: MEDIA CLEANSE
  • it's important to take some time away from media, so today try to limit yourself to only 1 hour of screen-time
  • while you're not on your phone or computer, try to do calming self-care things such as yoga, running, face-masks, and more!
DAY SEVEN: ACTIVITY
  • go on a morning run or walk
  • if you live near a park or scenic space, go there! look at the nature around you, take in the world and it's beauty, it'll make you feel amazing!
DAY EIGHT: FRIENDS
  • make some plans with people who make you smile!
  • surround yourself with positive people that will bring you up today, and go have fun!
DAY NINE: READING
  • reading is such a good way to get out of your own head and calm yourself
  • get a good book and just read for at least 20 minutes! it's a big mood booster :)
DAY TEN: LISTEN TO A PODCAST
  • i recently started getting into podcasts, and they're SO nice
  • listen to mood boosting, educational, self-care, or calming podcasts, at least one today!
