I was often finding myself wanting to have a snack, but I didn't want to eat anything unhealthy nor I was having the time to prepare a small meal. So, in this article, I decided to drop some ideas for some healthy snacks you can make easy and fast.

Sandwiches are underappreciated! Each time you can create a different snack without wasting a lot of time on preparation. From simple ones with cheese and ham to sandwiches with basilic and olive oil โ€ฆ there are so many different combinations you can make.

Preparing a big cheese platter is time-consuming, but there's no easiest thing than making a small one for a single person. All you have to do is cut in a few, small pieces some types of cheese, add some slices of bread, olives or fruits and you're done!
