I don't have a certain time set aside for my night routine because of my job. If I'm working a late shift, I don't get home until around 11pm. I keep a consistent routine, no matter the time. It helps me to wind down and process my day, and to sleep better.I have a shower, change into cosy pajamas, and brush my teeth.I do my nighttime skincare routine. As part of the routine, I do a sheet facemask one to two times a week. It's really nice after a long day to put on music and a refreshing facemask, and close my eyes for fifteen minutes.I brush my hair and put on moisturising handcream. The skin on my hands gets dry easily.Lastly, before I go to sleep I check my phone, and say goodnight to my friends I've been talking to during the day.
