  • Smoothies are also still easier to digest than a regular meal(depending on the meal), but still satisfy hunger and balance the blood sugar

  • a good example for a juice is celery juice, which kills bacteria & viruses, is highly antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and much, much more
  • if you make any juice or smoothie avoid adding in too many fruits or sweeteners since these can raise your blood sugar too and also can lead to acne

  • 1) use nut or oat milk for any latte instead of regular milk since the hormones in regular milk add on to the sebum production
  • 2) if you want to sweeten any of the drinks use maple syrup, coconut sugar, dates, raw organic honey or monk fruit, these have at least much more antioxidants and nutrients but you should avoid regular and artificial sweeteners
  • 3) for smoothies or creamy drinks, I really recommend vanilla or chocolate collagen powder, it adds to the hydration of your skin, makes it more resistant and in general, collagen makes up the most of proteins in our body
  • 4) for an earthier flavor, especially in coffee, maca is great since it's amazing in balancing hormones too
  • 5) All in all, make sure you drink enough!! Our body is mostly water and our skin needs it to be hydrated & healthy, after all, it's the largest organ of our body
I hope these were helpful and informative, but keep in mind that things take time to work and not necessarily everything will work the same either.
