I have been feeling really anxious because there's a lot going on in my life and i've been in my head too much. So these are some things that help me with my anxiety.

Watching feel good shows

This is self explanatory, watching happy shows to take my mind off of things. I just finished Down to Earth with Zac Efron and it was really good. My family and I are currently watching Modern family, also a great show.

I've listened to music for my whole life and it's a huge part of who I am. I listen to music to relax and focus. Listening to a good song or album can redirect my thoughts and make me feel better.

Yoga and working out

I've recently gotten into working out and doing yoga. I find doing a little 20 minute stretch or yoga allows me to feel accomplished and rejuvenated and I'm also doing something good for my body.

Sitting outside

Sitting outside and looking at the clouds, butterflies or birds makes me so happy. Sitting on my porch and breathing in fresh air is always nice.

Deep breaths

Focusing on my breathing and talking in a couple deep breaths redirects my thoughts and takes my mind off of my anxiety.

Facetiming friends

I try to facetime a friend once a week just to catch up and see how they're doing. Sometimes we'll talk about what's been on our minds and sometimes we just talk and reminisce.

I've said it multiple times, I love podcasts. They get you thinking and they always make me feel productive. Listening to podcasts outside is even better.
