Listen to music

I'm not even kidding when I say this but music is literally the best way to help you through anything and I dont mean a little bit of music I mean listen to 3 different playlists all different moods

Way 4

Write it down

Write down all your problems in whatever font you want BUT WAIT! Don't go back and read what your wrote. It's on paper that's all that matters at the moment

Way 5

Talk to someone

Talk to someone whether it's a therapist, your mom;dad, friend, bf;gf. Tell them how you really feel though lying isnt gonna help you hun
