hi guys! I know it can be very hard to stay motivated sometimes, especially during summer, so I decided to write this article with some tips for when you feel like doing nothing

get up early

set up a sleep schedule and stick to it; stop going to bed at 2 am and complainig about being tired the next morning

stay away from your phone

don't check it for a couple of hours after you wake up and try to lower your screen time to a maximum of 2 hours a day

clean up your space

it's well known, a messy space leads to a messy mind

plan your day

write a to-do list every morning so you can see everything you have to get done; it's also very satisfying looking at the list at the end of the day and seeing how much you've accomplished

stay hydrated

cut out any other drink and have 2 L of water throughout the day

stop procrastinating

do your work early during the day and don't let it pile up; whether it's for school or work, get it out of the way and don't let it pile up; my tip is to pretend that the due date is one week earlier, so you finish it on time

go outside

never stay inside for an entire day; always make time to go for a walk and get some fresh air

get dressed

even when you're at home, don't stay in your pajamas all day; it'll make you want to go back to bed
