Hey hearters! For this article I wanted to create a challenge for you guys (and myself) to be healthier and hopefully clear up my skin. This is a bit different from other detoxes, mostly because I suck at restricting myself, so for those if you that feel the same, I hope this helps! Also, this challenge is intended for both physical and mental health.

Partly inspired by:

- Drink only clear liquids (water, sparkling water, tea)
- Dairy should only be consumed once a week at most
- Limited sugar
- Eat healthier in general
- Enforce healthier habits
