What would your life look like without fear? Really think about it. How much calmer would you feel? How much better would you perform in your life? Think about how much extra time that you'd have now that you didn't spend it dreading a situation.
Some of the most common things we fear and have anxiety over are some of the biggest blessings we have. Like going to the doctor, interviews, public speaking, schooling and new situations. When you're getting afraid or anxious about something ask yourself, is this something I should be afraid of or thankful for? It can totally change your perspective.
Think through your emotions, don't just blindly follow them. You must learn to challenge your fears and anxieties. You will find freedom and joy <3
