Hi girls! Its Rin here, I hope you guys are safe and healthy. Hopefully quarantine isnt getting on your nerves, well use this spare time to glow up and start healthy habits so we can keep it up even after all these corona chaos.

Today I'm revealing my biggest secret- well not really a secret but this scrub is my number 1 for cellulite removal on my body.

Let's get into the scrub without anymore blabbering.

☀️ ☀️ ☀️

Ground coffee ☕
Coconut/olive oil 🥥
Brown sugar
Cinnamon powder
Vanilla essence (optional)

~start off with a bowl and 3-4 tbl spoons of coffee powder, make sure its grounded because that helps in exfoliating the skin and removes cellulite.

~then add 3 spoons of brown sugar into the mix and mix until they are all combined and distributed evenly, then add one tbl spoon of cinnamon powder. You can skip this if you dont like, but one spoon is subtle and it's not a big of a difference, they all will blend together

~add oil according to the mixture, you dont want it too runny or solid, just add two spoons and then add vanilla essence if you have some, if you want to smell like a walking starbucks unless you're not into them. (Like, girl why dont you wanna smell like a snack?)

~finally, store it in a glass container or a jar and use it with spoon whenever you take it, because usually it's used while in a shower so dont get it with your wet hands.

This coffee scrub helps in removing the
dead skin cells in our body, and rejuvenates
the skin and gives fresh, glowing look.
using it on a regular basis will give you healthy
looking skin. Coffee scrubs purportedly help treat cellulite in a variety of ways. It's thought that the caffeine in coffee can help dilate blood vessels and reduce the appearance of skin dimples

And why not? This is a yummy smelling exfoliater for your body. This has been on my shower routine for a year now and trust me when I say this, I dont invest money on any cellulite removers because sometimes they just dont work or too expensive so I make my own. I cant wait for ya'll to try this scrub if you haven't already! We all know the benefits of coffee for skin, if not then check my other diy articles or google it! You can use this scrub for your face as well but make sure to rub gently!

It's pretty simple! Wet your skin wherever you gonna
use this scrub, focus on thigh areas, arms and buttocks
and the places where you have cellulite.

First, rub it in a circular motion for 5 minutes, make
sure you take your time and do it and that's when you
see the results! Then start rubbing it in a vertical motion,
up to down, and this helps in firming your skin.
Make sure you spend atleast 15-20 minutes while
scrubbing them cellulite off of your skin, wash
with lukewarm water or just a normal water and pat
it dry.
