1) Plan your look and outfits -Try something you wouldn't normally wear. Wear something new, add some color, play with fabric. Learn how to wear a scarf and bandana. Watch some makeup tutorials, buy for yourself new accessories, or learn how to make one. The most important thing is that you feel good and confident. If wearing some clothes makes you feel uncomfortable then don't wear it but remember that it's good to step out of your comfort zone from time to time.

2) Get out of your comfort zone- Go on a blind date (but be careful), visit a new restaurant, try new food, go to a coffee place alone, wear something new, sign up to a new course alone and go to the gym alone. Try a new hairstyle or dye your hair in the color you never had the courage for.

3) Declutter your house, rooms, emails, and life.- Clean your house/room and throw away unnecessary things. Make a recycle basket for items that need to be recycled, such as paper, plastic, or glass, and make one basket for items that you can donate to a charitable organization or another person. Let go of people that bring negativity in your life. Stop chasing that person and start chasing that dream. Delete all unnecessary emails and messages (never delete emails related to business and finances, just organize them), organize your computer and phone.

4)Create an atmosphere in your room that makes you feel good.

5) Read and learn-Read, read, and read. It's not just important to read books, you must also read magazines, educational articles, and world news. You must educate yourself on things that are happening around you but also in different countries. Just because something is happening in a different country and far away from you, doesn't mean its not your problem or that you don't need to know anything about that (we are all in this together). Learn a new skill or start a new hobby. Sign up to something new and different. It can be a cooking class or Latin American dances, rock climbing, or art class. Let yourself go, choose something you will look forward to and who knows maybe you will find a new life goal.

6) Go out and have fun-When was the last time you had fun? Go out and enjoy yourself. Dance your soul out and by that I mean dance like nobody's watching. Go out there and celebrate your life, celebrate yourself, and the fact that you are alive. Live in the moment and remember that anything can happen if you have courage enough to go out there in the world and demand a better life for yourself.

7) Dance your soul out-Dance in the room, in the kitchen, on the street, at the club. Dance in the morning, dance at night. Dance when you are stressed and sad, dance when you are happy or mad. Just dance.

8) Go on a road trip-Go someplace you've never been before. You can go alone or with your best friends. It can be a weekend getaway or a whole week trip.

9) Try meditation and self affirmations-Breathe in and breathe out. Calm down. Forget about all the problems you have and the world that you need to face. At this moment nothing exists, except you. The goal of meditation isn't to control your thoughts, it's to stop letting them control you.

10) Take pictures of moments that made you feel happy, I also recommend to write it all down. Take pictures of coffee dates and your favorite food. Take pictures of your friends laughing and let them take pictures of you. So that when you feel like your life doesn't have so much to give, you can look at all these beautiful moments when you felt truly alive.

11) Exercise-Regular exercise has been proven to: Reduce stress, ward off anxiety and feelings of depression, boost self-esteem, and improve sleep.
