I spend a majority of my time daydreaming about all the things I could be. Some of those things will never happen, such as being a completely different person. But there are some things that I could do but I have locked them away in a place that seems unreachable, like learning a new language.

I am sick of living my same boring life, dreaming of something better but making no effort to change.

This is my official list of things I WILL be doing. No more empty lists made for a girl I am not, these are my reasonable, achievable goals and my plan to succeed.

Learn French
There is no reason not to try and learn a new language. Its good for your brain, its cool, its chic and its a good thing to do, when you think you don't have anything to do. Improve yourself!

The Plan
-A duolingo course everyday. (use your tools!)
-French captions on every movie watched + french movies with English captions
-listen to a french podcast daily

Be Productive Daily
oof. This will be a challenge, but that's good. Lots of room for improvement.

The Plan
Make a list of things to do for tomorrow, every night. Finish everything on that list before spending time on phone.
example of list/

  • clean bunnies litter box
  • put all clothes away
  • write an article
  • fix that bench

With a list you will have a bunch of small successes everyday and small success is important for big success.

Delete all stupid things of your phone including but not limited to
Apps
Photos
Notes
Histories you don't need (call, text, search)

Use your phone as a tool, not a time waster.
Refresh your phone with a new wallpaper and possibly a new case. Start using your calendar, notes, reminders, wallet and other apps to improve yourself.

Healthy Habits

I would love to loose weight and look like a model but as a goal, that's not a very good one. How I look isn't my best feature, personally I love my drive and my want to be better, my capacity to try and improve. So I will focus my small goals in a way that works with who I am as a person.

The Plan
(daily list)
-Drink 1-2 litres of water
-An active thing I enjoy (biking, long walk, dancing, softball)
-Youtube yoga or meditation

Finishing touches

Quitting bad habits like chewing your nails or adding new ones like a consistent night routine. This will be the most unique to you list and even though I called it finishing touches it is a great place to start. These are the things that will really make you feel put together.

My list

  • Stop biting your nails
  • Keep a clean room + car
  • Do something with your hair everyday
  • Give Sunday to yourself
  • Make the art even if no one will see it.
  • Become ok with the things you can't change.
  • Wear clothes YOU like without the opinions of others

This whole post contains a lot of things to change and its not all going to come at once. Things like this, genuine change, takes a long time and many fails. A mistake is never a good reason to give up. Now go and work on the person you want to be.
