I'm back with this new article about summer!
Today I want to tell you and inspire you about what I'm going to do during this summer, I want to enumerate some of my little goals.
Let's get started!

TAN

One of my main goal is tanning. My skin is clearly, so I want to try to obtain a golden skin. Note for you: eat vegetables and products rich of beta-carotene such as carrots, peaches or apricots.

KEEP TRAINING

I used to workout before the quarantine but during this period, I've started more and I want to continue because it gives me a lot of benefits. I suggest you to go out for a walk or a run or to jump rope. Be active!

EAT FRUITS AND VEGGIES

HAVE FUN

TAKE CARE OF MY HAIR AND SKIN

I'd like to try to not neglect my hair and my skin. I also decided to lighten my hair naturally and do scrubs and masks.

READ A BOOK

I hate reading because it bores me. I'm not able to focus on reading so I want to try to do it. It is also useful to learn something new and to improve my language and grammar.

RELAX MY MIND

Live and let live!! I want to not overthinking and worry for something insignificant and enjoy life as it comes without any plan.
