With everything that is happening in the world right now, you might feel overwhelmed and like you don't have the means to make a change. For me personally, I find it hard to divide my attention between racism, environmental change, health care issues, political dangers and so on. Of course, I want to make a change in all of these fields. I want to educate myself on all of these problems. But the simple truth is that I can't do that overnight. None of us can. That's why I made this list on how to help the Black Lives Matter movement. I believe that for many of us, the best we can do is educate ourselves and work on ourselves. Aside of that, we can take more concrete action by following and donating to organizations and signing petitions.

Be aware - ask yourself:

Who taught you about race and culture?
What can you do to support the BLM movement?
What are you committed to doing outside of social media to end racial discrimination and systematic oppression?
How do you behave when you are confronted by racist behaviour?
What do you want to learn more about?
What information could you teach people?
In what ways have you ignored racist behaviour in the past?
Why is it important for everyone to work towards ending this injustice?
How can you use antiracist knowledge to change and progress classroom culture?
Do you owe anyone an apology?
How do you handle conflict?
